Jennifer Aniston\u2019s boyfriend, Jim Curtis, shared the healthy dynamic they have when it comes to arguments.<\/p>\n
The hypnotherapist and wellness coach acknowledged that he and the \u201cFriends\u201d alum have \u201clittle things that flare up\u201d occasionally, but they choose to deal with it in a positive way.<\/p>\n
\u201cI spend a lot of time with my girlfriend,\u201d Curtis shared on the\u00a0\u201cCed with Intention\u201d\u00a0podcast<\/a>\u00a0released on Feb. 12. \u201cWe spend a lot of time in the house together. Sometimes, we can have, like, little things that flare up.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cWe have the opportunity to either be silent and be angry; or go leave the house, or think about it and meditate on how to change it, or we can say, \u2018Hey, this is what happened, I\u2019m sorry,\u2019 and do the repair,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n Jennifer Aniston\u2019s boyfriend, Jim Curtis, acknowledged they sometimes have \u201clittle flare-ups\u201d in their relationship during his appearance on the \u201cCed with Intention\u201d podcast (pictured here).<\/p>\n But the hypnotherapist and wellness coach said they intentionally choose to deal with issues in a positive way.<\/p>\n Curtis stressed that work needs to be done to ensure the issue doesn\u2019t keep occurring.<\/p>\n \u201cBecause once you make a repair and then it just happens five more times, no one trusts it,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n Curtis also said it was important for couples to \u201cpre-game the rules\u201d of their relationship, for example, respecting how one\u2019s partner communicates.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are all so screwed up that unless we start to be really consciously pro-active about that, then we\u2019re just gonna be having all of our inner stuff come up all over the place and not know how to experience it together,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n Curtis, 50, and Aniston, 57, were first linked in July 2025 and went Instagram-official<\/a> in November of that year.<\/p>\n Curtis, pictured here with Aniston at Elle\u2019s Women in Hollywood Celebration in November 2025, preached that doing \u201crepair\u201d on a relationship was essential.
