Two Door Cinema Club<\/a>\u00a0have announced a huge anniversary show\u00a0in\u00a0New York\u2019s Madison Square\u00a0Garden for\u00a0later this year.<\/p>\n

The Northern Irish indie band have previously announced dates that celebrate\u00a015 years of their debut album \u2018Tourist History\u2019, including\u00a0shows at Crystal Palace Park in June <\/a>and Cardiff Castle in August<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Now, they have announced details of their first ever show at Manhattan\u2019s iconic Madison Square Garden on September 27. They will play \u2018Tourist History\u2019\u00a0in full at the gig as well as an array of their other best-known songs.<\/p>\n

Also playing on the bill will be\u00a0Phantogram<\/a>, STRFKR and\u00a0Friendly Fires<\/a>, and tickets go on pre-sale on Tuesday (February 24) and fans can register for the pre-sale code here<\/a>. General sale begins at 10am on February 27, and you will be able to find yours here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The band\u00a0have\u00a0said:\u00a0\u201cMSG is one of those bucket list venues for any artist. After we sold out Webster Hall in 2010, we took a walk past The Garden one night and our agent said, \u2018This time next year, boys!\u2019 It only took a few extra years to get there, but here we are! We love NYC and we really\u00a0can\u2019t\u00a0wait for this one.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u2018Tourist History\u2019 was the first record to put the band on the map, and\u00a0contained\u00a0hits like \u2018What You Know\u2019,\u00a0\u2018Something Good Can Work\u2019 and \u2018Undercover Martyn\u2019.\u00a0They followed it up with albums \u2018Gameshow\u2019,\u00a0\u2018False Alarm\u2019 and \u2018Keep on Smiling\u2019,\u00a0which have all landed in the Top 10 of the UK charts.<\/p>\n

In addition to the above shows, they will also be playing major shows in Dublin and Cork this summer, as well as a range of festival appearances, including\u00a0Isle Of Wight Festival<\/a>, Kendall Calling<\/a>,\u00a0Truck Festival<\/a>,\u00a0Y Not Festival<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0TRNSMT<\/a>.<\/p>\n
