Seventy two projects, including the new geological gardens at the Natural History Museum, a hospital\u2019s garden pavilion designed to connect patients to nature, and the transformation of a former power station into mixed used development, are among the 72 projects shortlisted for the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) London Awards 2026.<\/p>\n

Congratulations to all the teams and individuals recognised this year.\u201d<\/p>\n What happens next<\/p>\n All projects shortlisted for RIBA Awards will be visited by a regional jury, and the winning projects will be announced later this spring.<\/p>\n The winners will then be considered for several RIBA\u00a0London\u00a0Special Awards, including the RIBA\u00a0London\u00a0Sustainability Award and RIBA\u00a0South\u00a0Building of the Year, before being considered for a highly coveted\u202fRIBA National Award<\/a>, which will be announced in summer.<\/p>\n
