Even more fitness amenities (cold plunge, steam room, exclusive gym) were recently added to the Artists Villa, its hotel-within-a-hotel. On St. Lucia, BodyHoliday<\/a>, has been going strong since the 1980s and Barbados\u2019s august Sandy Lane <\/a>now has a \u00adVegas-worthy 47,000 square feet of spa\u2014if anything can get you off the beach, this is it.<\/p>\n

Six Senses La Sagesse<\/a> on Grenada overlooks a seaside lagoon, and you can take your pick: wellness-lite or a medi-spa-esque immersion (biomarker screenings, bootcamps, biohacks). Cheval Blanc St-Barth<\/a> has an elegant new spa with an outdoor relaxation pavilion and Guerlain-created treatments (such as the Antilles Serenity Ritual). The star ingredient in the spa at the recently opened Salterra,<\/a> on South Caicos, is locally harvested salt, which is even infused in the sauna to increase the detoxifying effect. Move over, South \u00adPacific: The BVI now has an overwater spa, sailing haven Oil Nut Bay<\/a>\u2019s Sundara Spa + Studio, on Virgin Gorda. And the new 21,000-square-foot spa at Casa de Campo<\/a>, in the Dominican Republic, will convince even the sea-and-sun-are-enough crowd to check in for a day.<\/p>\n
