The caucus, headed by MK Eli Dellal (Likud), Eitan Ginzburg (Blue and White) and Ohad Tal (Religious Zionism), proposes an electoral model called a &#8220;semi-open ballot,&#8221; in which voters vote for a party and can also mark preferred candidates from the list on the ballot \u2013 except for the party leader.
