Luffy, a straw-hatted scamp with dreams of becoming King of the Pirates.\n<\/p>\n Season 2 will find Luffy and his seafaring pals sailing into the Grand Line, a danger-filled stretch of sea that will put the Straw Hats, as they’ve dubbed themselves, to the test.\n<\/p>\n “I think the Grand Line signifies crossing that moment of no return where you enter into a world where your usual way of solving problems no longer applies and you have to start from scratch on some of the biggest problems,” said Taz Skylar, who plays chef Sanji, previously told Entertainment Weekly<\/a>. “The fastest problems are the most dangerous problems you ever have in your life, and I think that’s what every Straw Hat is doing as soon as they enter the Grand Line. This alternate history sees the U.S. divided into three zones: one occupied by the Germans, one occupied by the Japanese, and one neutral middle ground.\n<\/p>\n \u201cI think that the qualities that led to Nazism in Germany could lead to Nazism anywhere, fascism anywhere,\u201d Spotnitz told EW in 2015<\/a>. \u201cThere\u2019s something unfortunate in the human condition, that we\u2019re vulnerable to that kind of ideology. As the days to the ceremony tick down, Rachel becomes consumed by a doubt that’s exacerbated by “eerie coincidences and dreadful surprises.”\n<\/p>\n But is something very bad going to happen? \u201cSomething bad happens in every show, right?” creator Haley Z.
