Sirens<\/a> sounded across central and northern Israel on Wednesday afternoon as Iran launched another volley of ballistic missiles.<\/a><\/p>\n

In central Israel, police officers and border guard personnel were dispatched to a scene of fallen shrapnel and rocket fragments.<\/p>\n

Two people were mildly injured and evacuated from the scene for medical treatment, and property damage was reported, according to Israel police.<\/p>\n

In Jerusalem, explosives experts and police officers were dispatched to multiple locations where fragments from missile interceptions fell. The falls resulted in property damage but no injuries.<\/p>\n

Shrapnel from Iron Dome interceptions additionally fell in the Carmel area, according to Israel Police and Israel Fire and Rescue.<\/p>\n

No injuries or property damage resulting from the falls were reported.<\/p>\n

MDA paramedics have also been dispatched to treat people who were injured while making their way to protected areas following the sirens.<\/p>\n

In northern Israel, police officers and explosives experts were dispatched to the site of additional shrapnel and rocket fragment falls. Property damage was reported in the area, but according to Israel police, there were no injuries.<\/p>\n

Earlier missile barrages<\/p>\n

Earlier on Wednesday, after a previous barrage of missiles, no injuries were reported, but Israeli Fire and Rescue Services<\/a> stated that multiple fragments landed in central Israel.<\/p>\n

MDA officials<\/a> are assisting several who were injured while running to shelter, as well as those who experienced anxiety attacks.<\/p>\n

Earlier on Wednesday, it was reported that at least one fragment landed on a major road near the city. Fire and Rescue Services stated that forces were on their way to the scene.<\/p>\n

Earlier on Wednesday, sirens sounded in northern Israel following rocket launches from Lebanon. No injuries were reported.<\/p>\n

The sirens came shortly after the IDF announced it had begun striking \u00a0Hezbollah infrastructure in Beirut.<\/p>\n

One rocket hits northern Israel amid 30 fired from Lebanon<\/p>\n

Approximately 30 launches were recorded overnight from Lebanon. Most were intercepted or landed in open areas, but one rocket hit a settlement in northern Israel, causing major damage and requiring medical attention for a woman in shock, Fire and Rescue Services stated.<\/p>\n

Additionally, after a drone had entered Israeli airspace in the North, it was chased down by the IDF, and the event has since concluded.<\/p>\n

Subsequently, a joint airstrike was launched towards Israel from Iran and Hezbollah; the first launch from Iran was intercepted before entering Israeli airspace.<\/p>\n

Shortly after, Hezbollah sent a barrage, along with a second launch from Iran, both of which were shot down within Israeli airspace.<\/p>\n

There have been reports of shrapnel causing structural damage; no casualties have been reported. MDA teams stated that they are surveying impact sites and assisting those injured en route to protected areas.<\/p>\n

Israel police have reported that munition fragments have fallen in several locations in central Israel. Police and bomb disposal teams are securing the areas. No shrapnel-related injuries have been reported.<\/p>\n
