You don\u2019t need a business plan yet, early ideas are welcome. The programme is free and all applicants get free access to an online green start-up mini-course. ClimateLaunchpad is built for early-stage climate innovators, especially if you\u2019re at the\u00a0idea\u00a0or\u00a0concept\u00a0stage.<\/p>\nThe free programme guides you step-by-step through the fundamentals of building and testing a climate venture, in a\u00a0supportive, global community\u00a0designed for\u00a0first-time founders.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Anyone with a promising cleantech idea who dreams of becoming an entrepreneur should join. You can be a new start-up, SME, researcher, student, public organisation, consultant, engineer, a combination of the above or something that doesn\u2019t fit a job title.\u00a0<\/p>\n
You can only apply in your own country and you can only enter if:<\/p>\n
You have not yet started a business or your company has been incorporated for less than two years\u00a0 (definition: your legal entity does not exist for more than 2 years);<\/p>\n
Your new venture has attracted less than \u20ac 200.000 in total funding (this includes all funding, like grants, government loans, angel and\/or VC investments, et cetera)<\/p>\n
You have not yet sold products, solutions or prototypes on commercial terms.<\/p>\n
You cannot enter ClimateLaunchpad if you have:<\/p>\n
Already been accepted into Climate-KIC (pre-\/Clim)Accelerator with the same idea;<\/p>\n
Already been accepted into ClimateLaunchpad (or the former CleanLaunchpad) in a previous year with the same idea.<\/p>\n
