Bustamante, who hails from the Philippines, got her first experience of Formula E machinery in the 2024 inaugural Women&#8217;s Test, and has since impressed in the 2025 Berlin Rookie Test and 2025\/26 pre-season Women&#8217;s Test.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiaformulae.com\/en\/news\/985192\/rookie-test-set-for-cupra-raval-madrid-e-prix-race-weekend\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">NEWS: Rookie Test set for CUPRA Raval Madrid E-Prix race weekend<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Bianca joined the CUPRA KIRO team last season, signing as their Development Driver. In 2026, she will compete in the Eurocup-3 series.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Russell O\u2019Hagan, Team Principal of CUPRA KIRO, said: \u201cWe\u2019re really looking forward to having Bianca back in the car this weekend. Since joining CUPRA KIRO as our Development Driver in Season 11, Bianca has impressed us enormously, not only with her professionalism and maturity, but in the role she\u2019s played in our development and in actively promoting female participation in motorsport more broadly.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We\u2019re very excited to give Bianca her next taste of Formula E in Madrid and can\u2019t wait to see her build upon her current progress. This upcoming test is an important opportunity for us as a team, and we\u2019re very eager to maximise it.
