\u201cMy son had a severe speech delay and he\u2019s extremely bright and wonderful \u2013 neither one is smarter! He didn\u2019t really talk until 3 years old,\u201d Ms. Rachel wrote in the comments.<\/p>\n
She added that she introduced her son to speech therapy and early intervention at 15 months, despite doing all the same things she\u2019s done with her daughter, and actually \u201cmore because I didn\u2019t have two kids.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cThis shows that kids are different and you shouldn\u2019t feel bad! I thought everyone knew about my sweet boy struggling with speech,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n
