\n\tAlex Cooper<\/a> grew to fame as the host of mega-popular podcast \u201cCall Her Daddy.\u201d Now her company is gearing up to premiere its first original competition series \u2014 featuring a group of 16 \u201cpolarizing\u201d reality TV stars and digital influencers mixing it up.<\/p>\n

\n\tCooper\u2019s Unwell Network announced \u201cUnwell Winter Games<\/a>,\u201d set to premiere next week on YouTube. The four-episode series brings together the 16 contestants at \u201ca luxury chalet in Park City, Utah\u201d to compete in a series of \u201cmental and physical challenges over four days,\u201d according to the company.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe competitors include Dakota Mortensen<\/a> of \u201cThe Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,\u201d who has been in the headlines recently over domestic abuse allegations against ex-girlfriend Taylor Frankie Paul<\/a>. (ABC suspended Season 22 of \u201cThe Bachelorette\u201d<\/a> starring Paul, after a 2023 video surfaced showing her attacking Mortensen.) Another cast member is Demi Engemann, a \u201cMomTok\u201d influencer who also was on \u201cThe Secret Lives of Mormon Wives\u201d but left the series ahead of Season 5 after several controversies including a defamation lawsuit from \u201cVanderpump Villa\u201d star Marciano Brunette.<\/p>\n

\n\tOther cast members include \u201cLove Island USA\u201d breakout Huda Mustafa; Anna Delvey (the pseudonym of Russian-born con artist Anna Sorokin, who served nearly four years in prison for fraud); and WWE superstar Saraya Bevis.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe cast on \u201cUnwell Winter Games\u201d is divided into two teams \u2014 one purple and the other blue \u2014 with one team winning the final team prize.\u00a0In addition, competitors will individually compete for cash prizes throughout the challenges that make up the competition. The series, shot this past winter, was approved for film incentive money by the Utah Board of Tourism Development.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThe show promises fierce competition, unexpected alliances and the kind of unfiltered drama that has defined Unwell across its programming slate,\u201d Cooper\u2019s company said in announcing the show.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cUnwell Winter Games\u201d will debut on Unwell\u2019s YouTube channel<\/a> on Monday, April 6, with the subsequent episodes releasing daily (on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). The series is hosted by Adam W. (YouTube comedy creator Adam Waheed), with commentary by Graydon Cutler and Grace O\u2019Malley.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe announcement signals \u201ca deliberate expansion of Unwell\u2019s business into fully self-produced premium content distributed directly to audiences,\u201d the company said. At the same time, Unwell and Cooper will also continue to develop programming alongside premium distribution partners, including \u201cLove Overboard,\u201d currently streaming on Hulu, and the upcoming \u201cLet\u2019s Marry Harry\u201d on Netflix.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cUnwell Winter Games\u201d is executive produced by Cooper and her husband, Matt Kaplan, who co-founded the Unwell Network\u2019s parent company, Trending, in 2024.<\/p>\n
