They\u2019ve been working on their follow up to 2024\u2019s Cool World. And it turns out that according to a post this past weekend, they\u2019re done recording and moving on to mixing and mastering the upcoming release.<\/p>\n<p>The band\u2019s post is as follows:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHey ya\u2019ll! Here\u2019s a little update from OKC about all the stuff going on in the world of Chat Pile.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFirst and foremost, we\u2019ve spent pretty much every day since Thanksgiving up till this very moment in the humble little shanty known as Dust House (pictured above) writing and recording our new record.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDust House is our official H\/Q and is where pretty much everything you\u2019ve heard from us has been created. We figured some of you might get a kick of seeing where the sausage is made?
