Kendra Duggar<\/a> has been urged to dump husband Joseph<\/a> by own aunt following his scandal.<\/p>\n

Wonderwall.com<\/a> can reveal Deanna Duggar<\/a> \u2014 who is family patriarch Jim Bob Duggar\u2019s<\/a> sister \u2014 says Kendra needs \u201ca new life\u201d and the only way this can be achieved is splitting from Joseph.<\/p>\n

\u2018I Think Kendra Should Divorce Him\u2019\"Deanna<\/p>\n

Deanna said: \u201cThe way I feel about it is, I think Kendra should divorce him.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe needs a new life. The best thing to do would be to divorce him and go on with her life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kendra \u2014 who married Joseph in 2017 and shares four children with him \u2014 was charged with four second-degree counts of endangering the welfare of a minor and four second-degree counts of false imprisonment on March 20. Joseph was hit with the same charges.<\/p>\n

Deanna continued: \u201cI don\u2019t know what the charges are going to be for Kendra.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t know, we\u2019re all waiting to see.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhile my heart goes out to her, I know there has been some wrong decisions.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy prayers are for the victims. For Kendra, for Joseph, for the whole family, wake up and repent of their pride, their feeling of the world is against them, get things right in their family\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

Deanna and her daughter Amy King \u2014 who made numerous appearances on 19 Kids and Counting \u2014 have been estranged from the Duggar family for years because of their extreme religious beliefs and controversies.<\/p>\n

One controversy includes Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar\u2019s<\/a> oldest son, Josh<\/a>, currently serving a 151-month prison sentence on child pornography charges. His arrest resulted in the cancellation of TLC\u2019s 19 Kids and Counting and Counting On.<\/p>\n

Josh has proclaimed his innocence despite the guilty verdict after a two-week jury trial.<\/p>\n

Speaking about Joseph\u2019s arrest, Deanna told Page Six<\/a>: \u201cI went into shock. I couldn\u2019t believe it was Joseph. This is so horrible to hear this again in the family.\u201d<\/p>\n

Deanna noted that she keeps wondering \u201cwhat is really going on\u201d behind closed doors.<\/p>\n

She added: \u201cI am like everyone else watching the news and going, \u2018How can this happen again?\u2019 I want people to know I am so burdened in my heart for the victims.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat sweet innocent girl who didn\u2019t deserve this at all. It\u2019s awful and horrendous. I am so baffled by everything that has happened. I have been walking around for days in shock. I pray justice is served. This travesty is beyond me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Deanna said she remembers her nephew as \u201calways so loving and kind.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHe was a joy to be around. I loved Joseph so much,\u201d she recalled, revealing a \u201cpiece of (her) heart is missing\u201d amid all the news.<\/p>\n

\u201cI never dreamed in a million of years this would happen. I pray authorities get to the bottom of it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar broke their silence on son\u2019s arrest on Monday. @duggarfam\/Instagram<\/p>\n

Deanna is also praying Joseph \u201cgets help\u201d through \u201crehabilitation.\u201d<\/p>\n

Joseph was arrested on March 18 for allegedly touching a nine-year-old girl.<\/p>\n

He was charged with lewd and lascivious behavior involving a victim younger than the age of 12 and lewd and lascivious behavior conducted by a person 18 or older.<\/p>\n

Jim Bob and Michelle broke their silence on Joseph\u2019s arrest<\/a> in a statement on Monday, saying they are \u201cheartbroken\u201d over the entire situation.<\/p>\n
