As agreed, Aneo has acquired RWE\u2019s former Swedish wind activities. This includes an onshore wind development pipeline (1.8\u00a0gigawatts), onshore wind farms with a total operational capacity of 124\u00a0megawatts, the operational Karehamn offshore wind farm (48\u00a0megawatts), a third-party onshore service business, and the relevant development, operations and offshore teams assigned to the transferred projects and assets.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"RWE and Aneo, a Nordic renewables player, have successfully closed the transaction they announced in January.
