During a recent interview on SiriusXM\u2019s\u00a0“Radio Andy”<\/a> on Wednesday, the 68-year-old actress got candid about her best on-screen kiss, admitting it was with Robert De Niro while filming “Casino” in 1995, calling him, “The best kisser in the business.”<\/p>\n “We did this scene where I have to go to the bathroom, and because I play this hustler, I get him to give me money to go,” Stone explained. “He gives me this money and I look at him like, \u2018Really? I think a little more than $50 for the bathroom.’ And he \u2026 reaches in, and he gives me, like, $100, and then I lean over, and I kiss him.”<\/p>\n She went on to say that the kiss “really just knocked me out.”<\/p>\n Stone called De Niro “the best kisser in the business.” (Universal Pictures\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n LIZA MINNELLI SAYS DRUG-FUELED MARTIN SCORSESE LOVE AFFAIR TURNED INTO A ‘SELF-DESTRUCTIVE OBSESSION’<\/a><\/p>\n After the film’s director, Martin Scorsese<\/a>, called, “Cut,” Stone recalled him telling the actors that they got the shot, but could do it a second time if they wanted.<\/p>\n “We both looked at him and went, ‘Yeah, I think maybe we need one more,'” Stone said.<\/p>\n This is not the first time Stone has praised De Niro as her best on-screen kiss, previously telling Andy Cohen during a September 2020 episode of “Watch What Happens Live<\/a>” that he “was far and away the best kisser.”<\/p>\n She went on to say that “there was just so much attached to” the kiss because De Niro was “the actor that I admired the most,” and all she wanted was to be able to “hold my own” while acting across from him.<\/p>\n Stone’s performance in the movie earned her a Golden Globe Award win. Everything else was kind of like, meh.”<\/p>\n The two starred opposite each other in the 1995 classic, with the actress playing a former hustler and wife of mob enforcer Nicky Santoro (Joe Pesci), who works for Sam “Ace” Rothstein (Robert De Niro), the head of the Tangiers Casino.<\/p>\n Stone’s performance in the film earned her a Golden Globe Award win and an Academy Award nomination<\/a>.<\/p>\n The “Basic Instinct” star will next star in the highly anticipated third season of “Euphoria,” playing a showrunner.
