<\/p>\nAmerican drama The Cleaning Lady is currently trending on Netflix UK after being added to the streaming service. It joined the library on Tuesday, 31 March and is currently sitting at number 3 in the UK Top 10 shows chart, behind XO, Kitty and Love on the Spectrum.<\/p>\n
The show follows a former surgeon living in the US on an expired visa, who hopes to get the money together for life-saving medical treatment for her son.<\/p>\n
When she witnesses a murder, the mob boss responsible gives her a job as a crime scene cleaner and doctor in his organisation. Can she avoid the law and keep the secret long enough to pay for her son’s operation?<\/p>\n
