Now, Johnny Depp<\/a> is joining the likes of Beyonc\u00e9 (and her SirDavis Whisky), Margot Robbie (Papa Salt Coastal gin), Brad Pitt (The Gardener Gin), Ryan Reynolds (Aviation Gin), George Clooney (Casamigos Tequila) and countless others with his brand of… you guessed it… rum.<\/p>\n Indeed, the Pirates of the Caribbean actor has entered the spirits industry with a Caribbean rum brand called Three Hearts. <\/p>\n Launched with longtime friend Bobby DeLeon, Three Hearts is inspired by Depp\u2019s decades-long connection to the Caribbean. <\/p>\n \u201cRum holds the history of the islands,\u201d said Depp. \u201cIt\u2019s shaped by the hands of the people who grow the cane, ferment the spirit and age it over time.\u201d <\/p>\n He didn\u2019t repeat his line \u201cWhy is all the rum gone??\u201d from the Pirates franchise, but that\u2019s probably because there\u2019s plenty to go around now…<\/p>\n Beyond putting his name to the spirit, the bottle itself has been designed by Depp. He sketched the shape and its illustrations, which feature symbolism from the 62-year-old actor\u2019s tattoos, as well as personal tributes. <\/p>\n The bottle is embossed with a skull, a lightning bolt, and three hearts which represent his ex-wife Vanessa Paradis<\/a> and his two children Lily-Rose Depp and Jack Depp. <\/p>\n The top of the bottle features a bracelet-style charm and the base of the bottle features the brand\u2019s motto: \u201cNo Fear. No Malice. No Envy.\u201d <\/p>\n That\u2019s the spirit. (Sorry) <\/p>\n But what does Three Hearts Rum taste like? <\/p>\n In an interview with Forbes, DeLeon described the rum as sticky toffee in flavour with aromas of wood, spices, candied orange and vanilla. <\/p>\n
