Pretty much <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/law\/2026\/apr\/03\/us-war-crimes-iran-civilian-infrastructure-international-law-school-strike\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">any civilian infrastructure is supposed to be off limits.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>But what does it actually mean to label military action a war crime in today\u2019s conflicts?
