\n\tLittle Monsters, we\u2019re going to the swamp! 20th Century Studios on Monday (April 6) confirmed previous rumors<\/a> that Lady Gaga <\/a>and Doechii<\/a> collaborated on a new song for The Devil Wears Prada 2. The announcement of the new song, titled \u201cRunway,\u201d was made alongside the release of the new and final trailer for the upcoming film.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe teaser begins with Doechii\u2019s voice, commanding listeners to \u201cserve a little sass, with a little side of a\u2013\u201d and letting viewers know that she is \u201cthat girl.\u201d Later in the trailer, Gaga\u2019s voice comes in over a driving beat: \u201cI\u2019m feeling fab, I\u2019m feeling free, I feel exceptionally.\u201d Together, the two let us know that they were \u201cborn for the runway\u201d and can \u201cturn a dance floor into a runway.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe new track\u2019s name comes from the fictional fashion magazine at the center of the Devil Wears Prada films. The highly anticipated sequel to the 2006 classic follows Andy Sachs (Anne Hathaway) as she reunites with her former boss and Runway editor-in-chief Miranda Priestly (Meryl Streep) to save the publication in the midst of a scandal and the decline in print journalism. On top of releasing the new song, Gaga is also set to make an appearance in the film<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tThough this is their first collaboration, Lady Gaga and Doechii \u2014 who was named Billboard Woman of the Year<\/a> in 2025 \u2014 have previously expressed admiration for one another\u2019s work. When Doechii graced the cover of British Vogue<\/a> last year, Mother Monster praised the \u201cAnxiety\u201d singer\u2019s talent.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cYou don\u2019t often see someone come out of the gate with a pen that feels immediately legendary,\u201d Gaga shared in an email to British Vogue. \u201cThat\u2019s Doechii to me.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tEarlier in the year, Doechii presented Gaga<\/a> with the Innovator Award at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, sharing that she identified as a Little Monster growing up. \u201cLady Gaga wasn\u2019t just a pop star, she was a lifeline,\u201d Doechii said of Gaga\u2019s impact on young queer kids. \u201cGaga taught us it was OK to be our real selves.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThough it is currently unclear if \u201cRunway\u201d will be available for streaming prior, The Devil Wears Prada 2 will be released in theaters on May 1. Watch the new trailer featuring the song below.<\/p>\n
