\n\tA new documentary series chronicling the life and career of\u00a050 Cent<\/a>\u00a0is headed to\u00a0Hulu<\/a>, marking a notable collaboration between the rapper-turned-producer and the streaming giant.<\/p>\n

The untitled, three-part series will be directed by Mandon Lovett and produced by The Intellectual Property Corporation (IPC) \u2014 known for projects like Rap Caviar Presents \u2014alongside Jackson\u2019s G-Unit Film & Television banner,\u00a0Deadline<\/a> announced Tuesday. Patrick Altema is set to serve as showrunner, where he\u2019s also an executive producer alongside Jackson, Lovett, and IPC\u2019s Eli Holzman and Aaron Saidman.<\/p>\n

The partnership underscores Hulu\u2019s continued investment in music-driven storytelling and Jackson\u2019s expanding presence in premium television.<\/p>\n

\n\tFif first teased the announcement on April 1, sharing a social media post claiming that the deal with the streaming platform is worth $75 million. \u201cHULU wins in a bidding war against STARZ, NETFLIX, and APPLE for my new doc,\u201d the rapper wrote in a post on X<\/a>, along with a supposed TMZ graphic deeming\u00a0the partnership\u00a0as \u201cthe biggest doc deal in years.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, no such story was reported by TMZ or any other outlet at the time, leading many to believe the post was an April Fools joke, given the timing of the announcement. Hulu did not immediately respond to requests for comment regarding the financial details of the agreement.<\/p>\n

The forthcoming series adds to Jackson\u2019s growing r\u00e9sum\u00e9 in Hollywood, where he has successfully transitioned from music into film and television.<\/p>\n
