Jimmy Kimmel expressed frustration over Donald Trump\u2019s confusing statements on Iran while also expressing shock over Melania Trump\u2019s surprise statement.<\/p>\n
The ABC host spoke about the ongoing war in Iran that is happening \u201cfor reasons known only to Donald Trump\u201d and how we remain unsure over the strait of Hormuz and whether it is or isn\u2019t open.<\/p>\n
Kimmel joked that with all the back and forth over it, \u201cbasically after all this he got us is constipation\u201d.<\/p>\n
Trump has been teasing a \u201cgrand reopening\u201d as well as a possible business partnership with Iran \u201cwhich makes no sense\u201d.<\/p>\n
Kimmel joked that \u201che\u2019ll put it on his vision board and will it to be true\u201d before moving on to his threats on social media teasing the military\u2019s \u201cnext conquest\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re doing this again?\u201d Kimmel asked with exasperation while joking that \u201che talks about war like he\u2019s bragging about women with Billy Bush\u201d.<\/p>\n
Trump also posted that \u201cAmerica is back\u201d to which Kimmel quipped: \u201cJust like the McRib and available for a limited time.\u201d<\/p>\n
He said it was \u201clike having a Magic 8 Ball as president\u201d.<\/p>\n
Peace negotiations will be taking place this weekend in Pakistan involving JD Vance and Jared Kushner. \u201cTrump sent Jared so he could have some alone time with Ivanka over the weekend,\u201d he joked.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Trump\u2019s approval rating is \u201csomewhere between Bill Cosby and strangers clipping their toenails in public\u201d, with 56% of Americans disapproving and 7% not sure. \u201cI don\u2019t know who those people are but they need to get their act together,\u201d Kimmel said.<\/p>\n
There was also a \u201cbig surprise from the White House today even for Donald Trump\u201d, as Melania appeared for a press conference with \u201ca doozy of a prepared statement\u201d.<\/p>\n
Kimmel asked, \u201cwhy is this happening today?\u201d as he detailed how Melania decided to talk about her reported ties to Jeffrey Epstein as her husband tried to \u201cbomb\u201d the story out of the headlines.<\/p>\n
\u201cShe must really hate him, I don\u2019t know how else to explain it,\u201d Kimmel said.<\/p>\n
Trump was called and asked about the statement but told a reporter he had no idea she was making it. Kimmel said it \u201cshows you just how smoothly things are running over there\u201d.<\/p>\n
Melania claimed not to know Epstein outside parties and social circles despite Kimmel reminding viewers that she was in a photograph at his house. \u201cMaybe this is the photo that came with the frame,\u201d he asked.<\/p>\n
