cholera were reported in South Kivu in the first quarter of 2026, including 67 deaths in the province.<\/p>\n<p>Officials say the most affected health zones are Fizi, Ruzizi, Nundu, Uvira and the city linked to the disruption of treatment inputs in certain areas.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dts.podtrac.com\/redirect.mp3\/traffic.libsyn.com\/outbreaknews\/cholera.mp3\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Cholera: A significant global health concern<\/a><\/p>\n<p>He indicates that to contain this disease, the Provincial Health Division is prioritizing several actions, including medical care in accordance with national policy.<\/p>\n<p>The Provincial Health Division also plans to strengthen surveillance for the accurate and rapid detection of cases.<\/p>\n<p>Other news from
