In order for her to feel her best, she sticks to a no-nonsense approach to training and nutrition that focuses on the fundamentals: consistent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"exercise\" data-node-id=\"3.5\" class=\"body-link css-1e57p3n emevuu60\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">exercise<\/a> and eating enough.  <\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"8\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">&#8216;If I haven\u2019t put the work in, if I\u2019ve skipped reps, if I haven\u2019t eaten the right amount for the game, I would feel anxious,\u2019 she says in her cover interview for Women\u2019s Health UK. \u2018But I\u2019ve never put myself in that position because I want to be the best.\u2019<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"12\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">What does being the best mean to her? \u2018I want to become world player of the year twice. That\u2019s my focus.
