\n One Four Nine Group has bought Mowatt Financial Planning, which began in 2009.\n<\/p>\n
\n The Easingwold firm, which serves clients across Yorkshire and the UK, has been rebranded One Four Nine Wealth.\n<\/p>\n
\n The acquisition was fully funded by Copper Street Capital, the long-term investment partner of One Four Nine Group, and is the twelfth acquisition for One Four Nine since launching in 2021.\n<\/p>\n
\n It brings the Group\u2019s total client assets to \u00a32.2 billion with a team of over 30 financial planners and over 5,500 clients.\n<\/p>\n
\n One Four Nine Wealth is the Group\u2019s financial planning arm, operating alongside One Four Nine Portfolio Management to form one of the UK\u2019s leading wealth planning firms with in-house Discretionary Investment Manager (\u201cDIM\u201d) services.\n<\/p>\n
