Hi Caitlin. The top-secret program for Meghan\u2019s Her Best Life retreat in Sydney<\/a> has reportedly been leaked \u2013 but is it legit?<\/p>\n

Hi Daisy. Well, maybe. Social media and news outlets kicked into a frenzy after the apparent full itinerary was published online this week, partially because so much of the women\u2019s wellness retreat has remained a mystery.<\/p>\n

According to the leaked itinerary, the Duchess of Sussex will be appearing at the InterContinental in beachside Coogee, where the weekend festivities are being held, for VIP group photos from 4.30pm on Friday. After that, guests will \u201cstep into an unforgettable evening\u201d with a gala dinner to kick off from 5pm, featuring \u201cinspiring live conversation\u201d with Meghan.<\/p>\n

This is fairly in line with what Her Best Life \u2013 founded by the media executive and talent manager Gemma O\u2019Neill and the radio presenter Jackie \u201cO\u201d Henderson \u2013 has been promoting on its website and social media, which promises a \u201cgirls\u2019 weekend like no other\u201d.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m slightly scared to ask but what does a \u201cgirls\u2019 weekend like no other\u201d involve, exactly?<\/p>\n

Well, first, it involves at least $2,699. Tickets range from there up to $3,199, depending on if you\u2019re comfortable sharing a room with a stranger. Those willing to pay the VIP price get their own room at the hotel and VIP photos with the duchess.<\/p>\n

She\u2019s not the only drawcard on the program. Apart from getting up close and personal to Meghan, the guests, capped at 300, will also be able to take part in sound healing, yoga, a meditation and \u201cmanifestation\u201d session, \u201cpool time\u201d, group therapy with Dr Justine Corry and a disco. What more does a girl want?<\/p>\n

So about 300 women have paid circa $3,000 to downward dog and disco dance with the duchess?<\/p>\n

Not exactly. Since she\u2019s slated to head off to the Super Rugby match at Allianz Stadium with a 7.30pm kick-off, it\u2019s unlikely she\u2019ll be making it beyond dessert.<\/p>\n

Perhaps that\u2019s why the retreat\u2019s dinner \u2013 allegedly \u2013 starts at the punishingly early hour of 5pm.<\/p>\n

Digestion benefits aside, I\u2019m guessing some of the parent retreaters were hoping to avoid kids\u2019 dinner time. Or maybe that\u2019s outweighed by the opportunity to get selfies with Meghan?<\/p>\n

This isn\u2019t a free for all, it\u2019s a wellness retreat!<\/p>\n

According to the leaked itinerary, there is a strict \u201cno phones, no recording moment\u201d for the duration of Meghan\u2019s in-conversation interview.<\/p>\n

The reason for this, of course, is to be \u201cfully present, soaking it all in\u201d \u2026 and for security purposes. \u201cPhones away, eyes up, and enjoy the magic!\u201d<\/p>\n

So is this just a good excuse to get dressed up and have a cocktail, Meghan or no Meghan?<\/p>\n

Absolutely. This isn\u2019t a no-alcohol version of mindfulness \u2013 drinks are promised to be flowing. The dress code for Friday is \u201cevening elegance\u201d, something that \u201cmakes you feel confident and special\u201d.<\/p>\n

I can only look forward to what the duchess will be wearing, given the looks she has served thus far \u2013 fits that you, too, can wear, since Meghan announced her investment in the AI \u201cfashion discovery platform\u201d OneOff.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s a fashion discovery platform when it\u2019s at home?<\/p>\n

The website allows shoppers to buy the outfits Meghan \u2013 along with other celebrities \u2013 wears, with a small kickback from each sale going directly her way.<\/p>\n

Meaning, if all else fails, I can channel Meghan\u2019s style.<\/p>\n

If you can afford a US$26,200 watch, then sure.<\/p>\n

Could it be that a ticket to the footy, then, might be my best \u2013 and best-value \u2013 bet for a glimpse into Meghan\u2019s world?<\/p>\n

That depends on if you want to endure rugby for several hours. She\u2019ll also be sailing around Sydney Harbour with Invictus Australia and her husband before the wellness retreat.<\/p>\n

She\u2019s been busy since landing down under<\/a> on Tuesday.
