Keltie says she uses it to \u2018work on posture imbalances\u2026 [and] strengthen some of my weaker muscles\u2019.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"79\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">It also helps build strength in stabilising muscles and can support recovery.
