Templeton Media and AGBO are also involved in the production.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tAn origin story that takes place before the events of First Blood, the Sylvester Stallone-starring movie that kicked off the Rambo franchise, John Rambo stars <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/t\/noah-centineo\/\" id=\"auto-tag_noah-centineo_1\" data-tag=\"noah-centineo\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Noah Centineo<\/a> as John Rambo, who will one day become a man who just wants to be left alone but here is a soldier fighting a war in the jungle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tIn a key role, Harbour is playing Major Trautman, Rambo\u2019s commanding officer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tIn the original Rambo trilogy released in the 1980s, the role was played by Richard Crenna as a character who was the only calming influence in the one-man fighting force\u2019s life.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tThe movie wrapped production in Thailand in March.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tRory Haines and Sohrab Noshirvani wrote the screenplay. Producers include Kevin King Templeton for Templeton Media, Les Weldon,\u00a0Jonathan Yunger\u00a0for Millennium Media,\u00a0and Angela Russo-Otstot\u00a0and Michael Disco\u00a0for AGBO.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tStallone is executive producing the feature as are Anthony and Joe Russo,\u00a0Trevor\u00a0Short,\u00a0and Dallas Sonnier and Amanda Presmyk of\u00a0Bonfire Legend.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tHarbour is currently enjoying some nice critical praise for his role as Floyd Smernitch in DTF St. Louis. And he has several movies that are in post-production and aiming for release later this year, chief among them Avengers: Doomsday. There is also Violent Night 2\u00a0and\u00a0Evil Genius.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tHe also previously starred for AGBO in action flick\u00a0Extraction and is currently in production on Lionsgate\u2019s\u00a0A Head Full of Ghosts<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tHarbour is repped by WME and Sloane Offer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"David Harbour is going all Rambo.
