Proud Parents!\u201d Bruce captioned one post, celebrating the special moment and tagging Matt and Simon, as well as revealing that the photographer of the family photo was Billie.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\ud83d\udcf8: @praisethelourd : proud sister,\u201d he added, along with the hashtags \u201c#marriageequality #surrogacy #ivf.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Fans in the comments loved seeing the connection between the two Hollywood families, including celebs like Andy Cohen, who commented on the post: \u201cCouldn\u2019t love this pic more.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Andy actually <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/Bti8_Rel4nu\/\" onclick=\"getOutboundLink(&#039;https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/Bti8_Rel4nu\/&#039;); return false;\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">shared a throwback years ago<\/a> from Ava\u2018s birth, writing: \u201cHere\u2019s a #TBT 11 years in the making!
