Gerwyn Price became the second player ever to win double figures of European titles by claiming European Darts Grand Prix victory with an 8-6 victory over Ross Smith in Sindelfingen.<\/p>\n
The victory in Germany marked Price’s 10th title which sees him join just Michael van Gerwen on 10 or more titles and become the second of all-time.<\/p>\n
However, it was another moment of heartbreak for Smith who had made it into his fourth Euro Tour final but suffered another defeat.<\/p>\n
There was not much separating the two in the final as Price’s early 3-0 lead with a double break was matched by Smith with two breaks of how own to level the match at 3-3.<\/p>\n
