\n\tThe actress leaned in thematically for the premiere look with a red Givenchy<\/a> by Sarah Burton look. She showcased a scarlet leather cape-like dress with a matching necktie. Dramatic black accents included above-the-elbow gloves, oversized sunglasses and her boots<\/a>. Streep showcased a pointed-toe style with a tall stiletto heel, making for a sleek and sharp silhouette.<\/p>\n

\n\tWorking with stylist Micaela Erlanger, Streep has showcased a number of striking footwear looks throughout \u201cThe Devil Wears Prada 2\u201d press tour. In alignment with the film, she\u2019s had multiple red pump moments, including earlier in the day on Monday with Jimmy Choo Isa 95 pumps<\/a>. She also wore red patent leather pumps from Dolce & Gabbana for the global press junket on Friday and red slingback pumps from Aldo<\/a> at an event in Mexico City in March. Another shoe look she\u2019s showcased is the Sole Bliss Riviera gold leather sandal<\/a> from Erlanger\u2019s collaborative collection with Sole Bliss.<\/p>\n

\n\tDavid Frankel returned to direct the long-awaited sequel to the 2006 film \u201cThe Devil Wears Prada,\u201d an adaptation of the novel of the same name by Lauren Weisberger. \u201cThe Devil Wears Prada 2\u201d finds Hathaway\u2019s Andy Sachs working as a features editor at Runway magazine, returning about 20 years after she served as an assistant to demanding editor-in-chief Miranda Priestly, played by Streep.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn addition to Hathaway and Streep, Emily Blunt and Stanley Tucci reprise their roles as Emily Charlton and Nigel Kipling. Meanwhile, Molly Rogers is the costume designer for the film, taking the reins from Patricia Field, who worked on the first film.
