Microsoft Gaming CEO <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/asha_shar\/status\/2046982896750395730\" rel=\"nofollow\">Asha Sharma says<\/a> the company is partnering with Discord again \u201cas we continue to make Game Pass more flexible for our players.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1ymtmqpi _17nnmdy1 _17nnmdy0 _1xwtict1\">It\u2019s not immediately clear what the latest Discord and Xbox partnership will result in, but given it\u2019s a Game Pass one it\u2019s likely related to some perks for subscribers of Xbox Game Pass. At the moment Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can get <a href=\"https:\/\/support.discord.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/4410647162263-Xbox-x-Discord-Nitro\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">a month of Discord Nitro<\/a> as part of the subscription, and it\u2019s possible that Microsoft and Discord could bundle Nitro Basic or some Nitro features as part of Game Pass.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1ymtmqpi _17nnmdy1 _17nnmdy0 _1xwtict1\">The mysterious tease comes as Microsoft prepares to start testing these changes. \u201cSome of you might start to see some code in the wild, and we will share more details with you all soon,\u201d says Sharma. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/tech\/874303\/microsoft-xbox-roadmap-2026-notepad\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">I reported in February<\/a> that Microsoft is looking at ways to bundle third-party services with Game Pass subscriptions.
