For the appearance, she looked so different with a shaggy mullet for her role as a pro fighter.<\/p>\n

“LOOK MA I FINALLY MADE IT ON LAW & ORDER \ud83d\udc6e\ud83c\udffb!!!!!,\u201d she wrote on Instagram.<\/p>\n

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit<\/a> has had several iconic guest stars throughout the years, and now, it\u2019s Melissa McCarthy<\/a>\u2019s turn.<\/p>\n

During the Thursday, April 23, episode, the 55-year-old actress looked nearly unrecognizable in an \u201880s-coded shaggy mullet for her role as a pro fighter named Jasmyn Jewell, per Variety<\/a>.<\/p>\n

McCarthy\u2019s character had some flirty tension with Mariska Hargitay<\/a>‘s Olivia Benson. In one scene, Jasmyn cheekily told her, \u201cI\u2019m always happy to support the babes in blue.\u201d<\/p>\n

And when Olivia asked if Jasmyn had seen the murder victim at the center of the episode, Jasmyn responded, \u201cYou know what I have seen? I\u2019ve seen that you got a spectacular set of baby browns. And those yams aren\u2019t bad either.\u201d The flirting didn\u2019t end there. She also told Olivia, \u201cI know my way around a pair of handcuffs, if that floats your boat.\u201d<\/p>\n

In honor of her first Law & Order: SVU appearance, McCarthy posted a video<\/a> on Instagram where she surprised Hargitay on set.<\/p>\n

In her caption, she wrote, \u201cSometimes you just have to show up to give a proper ATTA GIRL to a total (ultimate) boss lady \u2b50\ufe0f Turns out it is VERY hard trying to keep secrets from @therealmariskahargitay on her set but we managed to pull it off and in a world where things are heavy and dark but this day was PURE JOY \ud83e\udd79\ud83c\udf89\ud83d\udc93.\u201d<\/p>\n
