A well defined business plan, self-confidence and clear objectives are essential for sustainable growth,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n<p>WITH MUTUAL SUPPORT:<\/p>\n<p>Ms.R.Elamathi, Director of Green Fem, who spoke on the need for \u2018sisterhood in business\u2019 has said that \u2018Penpreneur\u2019 is designed to be a platform where mutual support, networking and a shared empathy form the foundation and it will be a space where women entrepreneurs can grow together by lifting each other up.<\/p>\n<p>Mr.S.A.Arul, secretary, VAPS and Mr.R.Rajapandian from IOC spoke on entrepreneurial success, collaborative growth, professional mentorship, market positioning and emotional intelligence in business.
