{"id":433728,"date":"2026-05-09T18:23:07","date_gmt":"2026-05-09T18:23:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/il\/433728\/"},"modified":"2026-05-09T18:23:07","modified_gmt":"2026-05-09T18:23:07","slug":"surrey-charity-announces-plans-for-new-mental-health-site","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/il\/433728\/","title":{"rendered":"Surrey charity announces plans for new mental health site"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">A mental health charity says it plans to build a new wellbeing centre after raising more than \u00a32m to expand free support for young people.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">The Surrey-based Lucy Rayner Foundation, which has not yet submitted an planning application, says the site off Killick Road in Horley would offer counselling, support groups and education programmes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Jenny Rayner, CEO of the charity, said: &#8220;Reaching this milestone means we can go further. This centre will be a place where young people feel safe, heard and supported.
