(Watch the video below.)<\/p>\n<p>Many winners of the online honors turned the ceremony\u2019s tradition of five-word speeches into upbeat or inspiring bits.<\/p>\n<p>At least one recipient melded politics and humor. \u201cFormerly undocumented immigrant.
