Despite settling her lawsuit against Justin Baldoni<\/a> and his production company, Blake Lively<\/a>\u2018s long It Ends With Us nightmare is far from over.<\/p>\n

The Gossip Girl alum, 38, is still seeking damages from her costar and director\u2019s production company, Wayfarer Studios, in relation to Baldoni\u2019s $400 million lawsuit against her, which was dismissed last June.<\/p>\n

In addition, a separate but related lawsuit involves Baldoni\u2019s former publicist, Jennifer Abel, and her former boss, Stephanie Jones, at Jonesworks PR. After Abel left the firm, texts and emails recovered from her company phone \u2014 which Jones said she was legally obligated to hand over in response to a subpoena \u2014 became evidence in Lively\u2019s allegations that Baldoni had launched a smear campaign against her in retaliation for her sexual harassment complaints, per Page Six<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Per a May 7 Deadline<\/a> report, Baldoni, 42, and Lively \u2014 as well as her husband, Ryan Reynolds<\/a>, 49 \u2014 may be compelled to give depositions in that case.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe last thing Blake and Ryan want is to testify,\u201d a source tells Star, \u201cbut if they\u2019re called to do so, it goes without saying they\u2019ll respect the judge\u2019s request.\u201d<\/p>\n

As Star previously reported, the $60 million legal battle has \u201ctaken a serious toll on both sides<\/a>,\u201d according to an insider.<\/p>\n

And while Lively\u2019s request for damages and attorney\u2019s fees<\/a> \u2014 which she is requesting as part of a California law protecting people from retaliatory lawsuits \u2014 is still pending, she and Baldoni did not agree to a gag order as part of the settlement, which means they are both allowed to discuss the case publicly, per documents obtained by Star.<\/p>\n

\u201cJustin is free to speak on this and tell his side of the story and it\u2019s looking pretty inevitable that he\u2019s going to do that,\u201d a source told Star, \u201cwhich is obviously a nightmare scenario for Blake<\/a> because she won\u2019t have any control over what he shares.\u201d<\/p>\n
