Royal biographer Andrew Lownie<\/a> appeared on the Megyn Kelly Show<\/a> podcast on Wednesday, May 27, to discuss his book Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York, and he dropped a few bombshells about Andrew Mountbatten Windsor<\/a>\u2018s tumultuous relationship with certain family members.<\/p>\n

According to the book, Prince William<\/a> had deep-seated issues<\/a> with his uncle, 66.<\/p>\n

Lownie, 64, claimed Andrew didn\u2019t believe Princess Kate<\/a> was a suitable match for William, 43, because she wasn\u2019t \u201cposh enough.\u201d The biographer added that \u201ceven as a child, William found him a bit of a creep,\u201d pointing to a long-standing personal rift that has only intensified over concerns about the family\u2019s reputation.<\/p>\n

The host of the Megyn Kelly Show also asked Lownie about the current state of Harry and Meghan\u2019s life in Montecito. He shared his read on the situation, noting that Harry \u201cwants to build some bridges\u201d with his family.<\/p>\n

However, he painted a complicated picture for King Charles III<\/a>, 77, who is reportedly eager to reconnect with Harry to spend time with his grandchildren. William, Lownie said, remains firmly opposed.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhatever he does, he\u2019s going to upset one of them, and it\u2019s a bit of a mess,\u201d Lownie said on the podcast.<\/p>\n
