Upcoming HMD Grand appears to be a large-screen mid-range phone built around a 6.9-inch FHD+ display, a 6,000mAh battery, and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 2 chipset. Leaked renders suggest a design that keeps things simple and practical rather than chasing a flashy premium look.

HMD is reportedly preparing a new smartphone called the Grand, and the latest leaks point to a device aimed squarely at the upper entry-level or lower mid-range segment. Based on the newly surfaced renders and specifications, the phone seems to prioritize battery life, a large display, and a familiar HMD design language over standout hardware innovation.

The most prominent feature is the display. The HMD Grand is said to use a 6.9-inch FHD+ IPS LCD panel with a 90Hz refresh rate, which should make it one of the larger phones in HMD’s lineup while still keeping costs under control. That combination suggests a device built for media consumption and everyday multitasking rather than premium visual performance.

Under the hood, the phone is tipped to run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 2 processor. The chipset choice is notable because it keeps the Grand in the 4G category, which makes sense for a budget-conscious model but also means users should not expect 5G connectivity from this particular device.

Battery capacity looks like another major selling point. The leaks indicate a 6,000mAh battery, paired with 33W charging support. If accurate, that would give the Grand a clear advantage in endurance, especially for users who value long battery life over thinner bezels or higher-end camera hardware.

Camera details appear modest but functional. Reported specs point to a 50MP main rear camera alongside an 8MP ultra-wide lens, while the front-facing camera is said to be a 50MP unit as well. That setup is unusual for this class, especially the high-resolution selfie sensor, and could help the device stand out a little in an otherwise conservative spec sheet.

The leaked renders show a clean, straightforward design with a rectangular camera island and a flat display, which fits HMD’s current approach to affordable smartphones. There is no official word yet on launch timing or pricing, but the appearance of these near-official renders usually indicates that the phone is moving closer to announcement.

Overall, the HMD Grand looks like a practical, battery-focused smartphone for users who want a large display and long endurance without stepping into premium territory.

Upcoming HMD Grand appears to be a large-screen mid-range phone built around a 6.9-inch FHD+ display, a 6,000mAh…

[16
85,46,321,125
post-465774","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-mobile","tag-il","tag-israel","tag-mobile","tag-technology
["GET
