It’s not every day you can get Apple’s latest iPhone 17 for free, but T-Mobile is here to help you out. As with all carrier deals, you’ll need to read the fine print before taking advantage of this offer. To get your hands on the fan-favorite iPhone 17, you’ll need to switch to or add a line on a qualifying plan. That means customers who sign on for 24 months of an Experience Beyond or Better Value plan qualify for this deal, and, best of all, no trade-in is required. Your savings will be delivered through bill credits across 24 months.

You’ll get 5G data, 4K streaming and international roaming. Plus, right now, T-Mobile is also offering you Apple TV for just $3 per month, an annual savings of $119. That part’s optional, though, so don’t fret if you’d rather skip the streaming service add-on.

When Apple unveiled the iPhone 17 lineup in September 2025, the standard model hit shelves at $799. Since it is still the latest and greatest generation of iPhones on the market, retail prices at the Apple store haven’t officially budged. Of course, you can find various discounts or used models out there for a bit less now, but paying full price for a brand-new one still requires parting with a good chunk of change — which is exactly why a freebie sounds so good right now.

If you’re still on the fence about whether you actually need the upgrade, here’s a take from tech expert Abrar Al-Heeti, “The baseline iPhone is never really meant to turn heads when stacked against the rest of Apple’s lineup. But a handful of notable upgrades on the iPhone 17 make it a worthy contender if you’re in the market for a new device that ticks the basics.”

Keep in mind that with all of these deals, you’ll have to pay a $35 device connection charge and the device tax up front. But each of these iPhone 17 deals can help you get one of Apple’s latest devices in your pocket for a lot less.
