UK-based accountancy and advisory practice PKF Smith Cooper has appointed two senior professionals to its Transaction and Advisory Services (TAS) practice serving the Midlands region.<\/p>\n
James Roberts has been appointed as TAS manager. He previously worked in audit at PricewaterhouseCoopers and then moved into transaction advisory at RSM.<\/p>\n
Most recently, Roberts held a financial planning and analysis role at Greene King.<\/p>\n
On joining the company, Roberts commented: \u201cI am pleased to be joining PKF Smith Cooper in Birmingham at a time of strong growth within the Transaction and Advisory Services team.<\/p>\n

The company has also hired Brent Kerrison as TAS senior executive.<\/p>\n
Kerrison joins from Avant Homes. He trained with Mazars, working with social sector bodies, privately owned companies and private equity-backed businesses, and brings recent experience from the construction sector.<\/p>\n
