According to New Idea<\/a>, Jackman is upset Kidman has seemingly sacrificed their friendship in order to maintain closer ties with Furness, who finalized her divorce from the Greatest Showman actor a year ago following their 2023 split after 27 years of marriage.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe is hurt and puzzled. Nicole was a co-chair at the Met Gala and didn\u2019t seem to greet Hugh and Sutton,\u201d a source told the magazine. \u201cThey weren\u2019t photographed together and there\u2019s little evidence that they even spoke. The fracture follows reports that Kidman has been bonding with Furness as the two quietly lean on each other through the aftermath of their very public marriage breakdowns. Kidman split from her husband of 19 years, country music star Keith Urban, in 2025.<\/p>\n

An insider also told author Rob Shuter\u2018s Naughty But Nice Substack<\/a> column that \u201cNicole is firmly Team Deb.\u201d The insider added that Kidman \u201cbelieves Deb was deeply hurt by how everything unfolded, and Nicole isn\u2019t interested in pretending otherwise just because Hugh showed up with a new woman on his arm.\u201d<\/p>\n

The insider further claimed New York City was always Furness\u2019 \u201cterritory\u201d over the years, and seeing Jackman and Foster showing off their new love around town has been a sore spot.<\/p>\n
