His decision was not a result of \u2060any disagreement with executives on any matter relating to policy or operations, Microsoft \u200bsaid.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">In 2016, \u200bhe sold LinkedIn \u200bto Microsoft for $26.2 \u200cbillion in what was at the time the tech giant&#8217;s largest-ever deal.
