\n\tTIME<\/a> has unveiled its 2025 list of the world\u2019s biggest rising stars, and among them were several major pop, Latin, country and hip-hop musicians.<\/p>\n

\n\tOn Tuesday (Sept. 30), the publication revealed that Tate McRae<\/a>, Gracie Abrams<\/a>, GloRilla<\/a> and more have all been named on this year\u2019s \u201cTIME100 Next\u201d ranking. Becky G, Rema, Fuerza Regida, Teyana Taylor and Lainey Wilson also made the list, which serves \u201cto provide a snapshot of the moment and to recognize those who we feel are truly changing the world this year,\u201d according to TIME.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe honorees each received blurbs that close friends or collaborators wrote for them. Billboard\u2018s September Chartbreaker<\/a> Audrey Hobert penned the entry<\/a> for her lifelong bestie and co-songwriter Abrams \u2014 \u201cShe is protective, and beautifully sensitive,\u201d Hobert praised the pop star \u2014 while Selena Gomez shared why she loves Becky G.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cBecky G has never let the world define her,\u201d the Rare Beauty founder wrote<\/a> of the Latin music star. \u201cShe has always defined herself with her powerful presence. Through the years, I have watched her excel not only as an artist but also as a woman, an advocate, and a voice for our community.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tMcRae, who graces the cover of one of the three \u201cTIME100 Next\u201d issues published this week, got praise from Materialists star Dakota Johnson. \u201cTate is magnetic,\u201d the actress wrote<\/a> for the publication. \u201cI can\u2019t wait to watch her artistry unfold and evolve while she sinks further into the DNA of pop music.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tOne of the other cover stars, Jonathan Bailey, was honored by his Wicked costar Ariana Grande. \u201cI\u2019m so thankful that I get to spend so much time with this incredibly gifted, playful, and caring human being who is so endlessly curious about art and life and the many which ways they intertwine,\u201d the pop star gushed<\/a>. \u201cI\u2019ll forever be along for the ride.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tIn addition to musicians, the \u201cTIME100 Next\u201d ranking also features actors, producers, political figures, activists, entrepreneurs and innovators. Last year, Sabrina Carpenter was featured<\/a> on the ranking, while SZA<\/a> and Dua Lipa<\/a> have been in honored in years past.<\/p>\n

\n\tOf the annual project, TIME\u2018s editor-in-chief, Sam Jacobs, wrote, \u201cWhile we\u2019ve made it our mission to cover people who have reached the pinnacle of their fields, the \u2018TIME100 Next\u2019 is an opportunity to recognize those still on the rise.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cWe\u2019ve known that true influence knows no age and that it can arrive early in a career,\u201d Jacobs added. \u201cThis year\u2019s class is no exception to that tradition.\u201d <\/p>\n
