A viral post on X has left Salman Khan\u2019s fans concerned. On Tuesday, the post grabbed everyone\u2019s attention after it claimed that the Bollywood superstar is facing a health issue and is still avoiding treatment in the Unites States. The post claimed that even though Khan\u2019s family has been urging him to travel to the US, the actor has refused for the same since he is working on his future projects.<\/p>\n
