\u201cI thought it was time to make an album about all of the topics that I felt were really kind of heavy on my heart and I\u2019m just really happy that resonate with it,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
Martinez has quite the loyal fanbase, which has grown since she appeared on \u201cThe Voice\u201d in 2012. It\u2019s a rise that has surprised her. <\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m always in awe, and unbelievably grateful,\u201d she said. <\/p>\n
