The Briefcase Man has shared a heartfelt message urging people to rethink how society treats men who open up about their struggles.<\/p>\n

Reflecting on the recent suicides in Malta, he noted that six of those who died in recent months were men before asking, \u201cWhen will we realise that it\u2019s okay for a man to open his heart and be vulnerable?\u201d<\/p>\n

He went on to say that many of those lost were professionals, teachers, fathers and people whose families \u201chad no idea\u201d they were suffering.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen a man opens up, he is often mocked,\u201d he wrote, adding that while it is generally seen as more natural for women to express their emotions, \u201cthat\u2019s something we all need to change.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Briefcase Man also revealed that he receives hundreds of messages every day from young people who tell him his videos have helped them through difficult times.<\/p>\n

\u201cPerhaps some of them found reasons to keep going that they didn\u2019t think they had,\u201d he wrote, explaining that this is why he continues creating awareness content despite the challenges.<\/p>\n

Ending his message with a call for compassion, he urged people to \u201csave our professionals, our brothers and our friends\u201d before it\u2019s too late.<\/p>\n
