July 15 (Reuters) – Uber is set to take over Delivery Hero in a deal valuing the German food \u200cdelivery company at about \u20ac12.5 billion ($14.34 billion), the Financial \u200cTimes reported on Wednesday. <\/p>\n
Delivery Hero confirmed it was in advanced negotiations with Uber \u200bregarding a potential takeover offer on Tuesday. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Acquiring Delivery Hero, which has a market value of roughly \u20ac11.6 billion, would expand the Uber Eats \u200cfood-delivery network in \u2060Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America.
