SEOUL \u2013 Enhypen member Sunoo was unable to perform at the K-pop boy band\u2019s concert in Mexico City on July 14 due to a sudden health issue, according to the group\u2019s agency Belift Lab.<\/p>\n
The announcement was made less than two hours before the show, part of Enhypen\u2019s ongoing Blood Saga world tour.<\/p>\n
\u201cDue to a sudden decline in his condition, Sunoo will unfortunately be unable to participate in today\u2019s Enhypen World Tour \u2018Blood Saga\u2019 In Mexico City concert,\u201d Belift Lab said in a statement which was also released\u00a0through the global fan community Weverse. \u201cWe kindly ask for your understanding.\u201d<\/p>\n
The agency added that it would do its utmost to support Sunoo\u2019s recovery so he could return in good health as soon as possible, without disclosing the 23-year-old\u2019s condition.<\/p>\n
Enhypen also comprise Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Jungwon and Ni-Ki. Heeseung\u00a0left the band in March and went solo under new name Evan.<\/p>\n
After Enhypen\u2019s concert in Mexico City ended, a fan posted a group photo to the band\u2019s Weverse community, writing: \u201cThank you for doing your best today. I hope Sunoo gets well soon. Great job, everyone.\u201d The post included a photo featuring the five members who performed that night.<\/p>\n
Jungwon commented on the post, saying, \u201cIt looks so empty with one member missing.\u201d<\/p>\n
Enhypen wrapped up their three-show run in Mexico City on July 14, the band\u2019s third stop on their Latin American tour after Sao Paulo in Brazil and Lima in Peru.<\/p>\n
The tour resumes in Dallas on July 17 with seven shows in the United States. The band will then travel to other cities in Europe and Asia, including a\u00a0Singapore\u00a0stop on March 14, 2027.
