Homer\u2019s epic poem warns that accepting a gift can be a dangerous decision. But \u201cThe Odyssey\u201d<\/a> star Anne Hathaway <\/a>was seemingly moved to tears by TODAY\u2019s present for her baby-on-the-way. <\/p>\n

During an interview July 16 alongside her onscreen son Tom Holland, Craig Melvin surprised Hathaway with a custom \u201cOdyssey\u201d-inspired crochet baby outfit. The ensemble, resembling battle armor, included a diaper cover, a cape and a helmet.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen the child comes out, we want the child ready for battle,\u201d Craig joked. <\/p>\n

Hathaway appeared particularly excited about the cape included with the outfit. <\/p>\n

\u201cThis is appropriately epic, thank you so much,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Holland was equally impressed by the crochet handiwork.<\/p>\n

\u201cTom, when you have your child,\u201d Craig said, before Holland added, \u201cI know where to come. I\u2019ll come right back here.\u201d <\/p>\n

Hathaway, 43, announced her pregnancy<\/a> with baby No. 3 via Instagram<\/a> in June. She and her husband Adam Shulman<\/a>, who married in 2012, are already parents to sons Jonathan, 10, and Jack, 6. <\/p>\n

\u201cx Baby, I\u2019m yours x,\u201d Hathaway captioned the clip of her showing off her baby bump for the first time, set to the tune of Barbara Lewis\u2019 \u201cBaby, I\u2019m Yours.\u201d <\/p>\n

Prior to giving Hathaway her gift, Craig read a social media post praising the actor for balancing her packed slate of projects with her growing family. <\/p>\n

\u201cAnne Hathaway having 5 movies premiering this year and then announcing that she\u2019s pregnant is the level of productivity that men can\u2019t achieve,\u201d the post on X<\/a> read. <\/p>\n

\u201cI mean (men) are at a disadvantage,\u201d Hathaway replied through laughter. \u201cIt\u2019s just a literal truth.\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s amazing,\u201d Craig said, \u201cYou\u2019ve made everyone else in Hollywood look and feel lazy.\u201d <\/p>\n

Hathaway said throughout her career she\u2019s experienced peaks, valleys and \u201ceverything in between.\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s just crazy to have a time like this where you pull these cards, and the thing that\u2019s so exciting is they\u2019re films that audiences want to see,\u201d she said. <\/p>\n

\u201cTo be a part of something, a part of year where so many people are just excited to go out, experience cinema,\u201d she added. \u201cAnd then yeah, to have this personal thing going on at the same time. It\u2019s amazing.\u201d <\/p>\n

In the spring, Hathaway rolled out \u201cMother Mary\u201d<\/a> and \u201cThe Devil Wears Prada 2.\u201d<\/a> Now, she\u2019s gearing up for the premieres of \u201cThe Odyssey,\u201d \u201cThe End of Oak Street\u201d<\/a> and \u201cVerity.\u201d <\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cThe Odyssey\u201d hits theaters July 17. <\/p>\n
