Explosions were reported in multiple locations across southern Iran on Friday night as the United States launched a new wave of military strikes, marking the seventh consecutive night of attacks. Iranian media outlets, including Mehr News Agency, reported blasts in Bushehr province, Qeshm Island and the Sirik district of Hormozgan province.

Targets and Damage Unknown

No official details have been released on the exact locations hit, the intended targets, or the extent of damage. Iranian state broadcaster IRIB reported three explosions in the Bamani district of Sirik County, while Tasnim News Agency said the US struck near Sirik at 11.27 pm local time (1957GMT). The strikes are part of the ongoing US military campaign, which has escalated in response to tensions over the Strait of Hormuz.

Escalating Conflict

The attacks come as the US and Iran continue to exchange strikes, with Washington having carried out nightly operations since the breakdown of a Pakistan-brokered memorandum of understanding. The conflict has also seen Iranian strikes on Gulf states hosting US military assets, raising fears of a broader regional war.

Explosions were reported in multiple locations across southern Iran on Friday night as the United States launched a…

[3
10363,42,248685,87,43,31671,40,38,41,39,208
post-547379","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-headlines","tag-explosion","tag-headlines","tag-hormozgan","tag-iran","tag-news","tag-strike","tag-top-news","tag-top-stories","tag-topnews","tag-topstories","tag-us
["GET
